Sure, it's gonna cost $80 - $100 to ship. You need to pack it well. I had one shipped in an old boardbag with pool noodles on the rails, tail, and nose, and it did just fine. I packed one in a box with lots of cardboard, foam, and bubble wrap. You will drop it off at the station and get a waybill. It's SUPER important that you have the buyer unpack the board at the station in the presence of an Amtrack employee to make sure it's not damaged. If they don't do this, there is ZERO chance you can claim any damage found later.

They can send it anywhere that has a station. Should be a complete list online. For example, Kansas City is a big city (~2 million people), but there's only one Amtrack station, which is downtown.
