Looks like a good afternoon for the Marina. Wind SW - WSW in the 5.8 range. Head up above The Narrows. Who's with me?

I have my car packed, long and sort boards 4.7 to 6.5 sails. Will be there early to 6.5 then rig down. The 6.5 has wide lower end for early plaining and two cams for power. Old time sail so has lots of power. Wish they would design sails like it today for lake sailing. Miss the old NPR’s with single CAM.

Looks like they put the 18 gust to 29 back in forecast by 4pm. I’m heading down at 10am.

I'll be there around 3. I have a call I have to be on so might be sitting in my car for awhile watching you rip it up!!

Yep, they downgraded. I'm out. Watching. Maybe some afternoon gust chasing for someone. Rain to dodge.

I'm about to fire up a Tuesday.

Rain forecast to clear after 1:00pm. No development after as of now. See if the wind fills back in and gives the 4 o'clock blow.

I'm going out there. I'll give it a shot. I'll fire up a Tuesday later.

Rigged my 135 Fanatic Bee with 6.5 Gastra two cam sail and got some fast slalom rides for a couple hours. Then it started to shut down so came in, was good because I’m supposed to be taking it easy. Reid was out with me being a believer in the 4 o’clock blow on a 5.8 sail. I new it would come but did the right thing for my recovery and didn’t go for the 5.8 session. Rich got to the narrows as I was heading to shore in light wind. By the time I was putting my gear away 4:15 in it came and they both were ripping it up in the narrows when I left 5 minutes ago. Love this lake, gave us all what we needed.
