Update #2: It just keeps getting better. They kicked the wind up a notch. They also pushed the rain out to 6:00 pm. S-SSW 6.9 to 5.8. I'm also putting a 4.7 in the car for a just in case late afternoon.

Looks like down grade on sailflow, we are only in the green. The weather channel is showing 20 to 30mph. Not sure what to go by.

Update #3: Still looks good, 6.9 to 5.8. They took the 4.7 out of it.

Wolf seems to be the better option for me today and I’m up to a late start anyway. Hope everybody has fun today, we need it, it’s been a while.

Was good to have several windsurfers on rhe water. Slogged on my 5.8 then took break before going back out, got some rides and had good time at lake with friends old and new. The water was hot!

Hey Chris how warm was the water? This is a key factor for my wife. I really wanted to make it down there today but it didn't work out. Was it gusty?

Hey Garry, the water is so warm you dont get cooled off in 95 degree air. I was on 93 ltr board with a 5.8 sail so the gust were all I had. My second session I was able to get up on plane and have some fun. If you are on a bigger board with a bigger sail you could have had a great time! I'm trying to get my fanatic 135 with like a 6-5 on it so I can get about 20 more days a year. Come on down and join the fun especially when Lake Michigan is really cold.
