...you may like it.
Pros: it's not a washing machine, like.....Montrose; less walking carrying your gear to the beach; and it's not a freaking washing machine.
Cons: You have to pay parking

Nope! The wind was not as good as the forecast. Around 15 kts. Not good enough to leave work early.

Manuel, have you ever sailed at Rainbow /75th st/ beach? Its shaped like a bowl with no room for getting out thru the break at first look, but there is a little secret shared whith me by Richard! The S end of the crescent is sheltered and if you launch from there youll get behind the brake effortlessly regardless that you'll be sailing upwind. Its not much of a walk either. Same cleaner, bigger waves like at 63rd

I guess and unfortunately pay to park also. Do they check when out of season at all -the parking lot is usually empty?

East is good and ESE probably too, but to be honest I don't remember the last time I sailed there with ESE or SE wind. By the way I'll be there today.
