What a Great weekend! Saturday at Montrose riding some waves and Sunday at Calumet blasting some speed runs behind the wall. Wish I could be out there today!
How did your beautiful carbon job hold up to Lake Michigan? Your sesh was a good test.

BrianIt's holding up great, no problems so far. Even survived getting blown down the beach 50 yrds after it got ripped out of my hands after a gust while carrying the board back to the car.
Deleted user.8/4 and 8/5 - looks like the call is Little Sable Point on Saturday; Sunday is TBD but somewhere on the western shore of the Big Lake. See you guys there!
Thanks for the tip on Vela. Got a Starboard Kode 113 and it worked great for me. It's a little more responsive and is a little easier to get in the air but it doesn't handle the chop and tends to bounce quite a bit more but overall a good board. Going to try something else tomorrow. Sailing five hours a day has taken a toll on my hands as you will see if i can get some of my photos uploaded. Looks like tomorrow will be another great day. I'm going to take a lesson on jibing hopefully it will help.

JuanGo smaller dude! 100 or 90, try all the possible combinations... and some gloves, the salt water will rip your hands apart ;)
My first video with the Sports-Vue Camera. I am still learning with the camera as you will see but it shows promise. Aruba has been fun, but the gear has been a challenge and makes me Love my RRD FSW111 even more... Couldn't figure out how to add it to the site so here is the link
