I was in the city on July 18. This year ! sorry

Was on the lake shore north of Loyola U in the city on August 18. There were 2 windsurfers on the lake and looked like they where 1/4 mile out ? Would like to hear from them or anyone about launching in the city. Next trip to my mother in law will take rig along. Would realy apreciate.
