Nice tack, Reid! What I'd like to know is how you can ride with gloves, or, rather, how you built up to be able to ride with gloves. I've tried gloves before, but the forearm fatigue usually kicks in within the first 5 min. I have thus only been able to windsurf with open-palm mitts, which I can do only down to 45-47 degrees or so. Anything below that can get brutal, especially if the water is cold and the hands get wet. What's your secret?
