Chinook pro 1 carbon bought 9 months ago. The clip lever broke last October (replaced since then). And now it's to other clip failing: It is split/cracked open at the hinge pin area. Did that happen to anyone? Just wonder if the part has a material and/or a design issue...
At least I got a free set of replacement clips... Hope they'll hold a little longer.

It happened to my boom /same as yours/ also, its a material issue. The replacement clips are supposed to be of a better quality.

I'm guessing Chinook got a bad batch. However, they are very good at replacing them for free, just give them a call to work out details
