FYI- Free parking at the swapmeet, and its a grassy area where the gear will be layed out for sale. This is an informal event... no charge to buy or sell....just bring your stuff and lay it out for sale.
TIP:
1. bring CASH !! But no worries if you forgot home without it, plenty of atms abound (there is a cvs/walgreens about 10 min from the beach)
2. bring WETSUIT as lake is steps away, and if conditions are right -WE WILL SAIL
3. ARRIVE ON TIME as the swap meet is pretty much over at noon or 1 pm (as i recall), and you'll be left perusing one piece epoxy masts and tie-on booms (for those windsurfers who DON"T know what those are, those are items best utilised for aging mancaves and sports oriented 'found art' installations)
