From 11 am till 5:30 pm, that was a crazy day in Sheboygan. Wind going up and down throughout the day; from 10 to 35 knots in the gusts. Nice Lake swell at the end of the day when everything broke loose! Can't beat that! To keep things going, I had to rig 3 sails (8.5, 7.0, and 5.4) and have been riding foil and fin on the same day!
There was a nice crowd of kiters and wingers (about 15-18 riders total). I was the only windsurfer, as it's mostly the case; but I don't mind the attention! Ha!
Start heavy with the 8.5
Then the wind dropped, so foil+7.0 enter into action
Finally, things started to heat up a tad. Now that's the 7.0 on the fin
And to finish, the new 5.4 2-cam as things got a lot more turbulent!
Pretty happy with my almost 33mph top in pretty rough conditions
The winning speedrun (7.0/37cm fin)
A couple of fun moves
A jibe-crash to spice things up
Amazing playground
