NOAA is predicting 15-25 WNW starting around 1pm. Is purgatory cove the best launch? If so, do I walk/swim up the left side (west side shore)?

Yeah, the left side. Watch for stumps just under the water. Walk and swim in front of your gear. Take it slow. I'm loading up and heading there. If you wait for me I can walk you through it. Looks like another 6.9 day for me maybe 5.8 late afternoon.

Rich and I had a fun day launching out of Purgatory cove. I got there first. It was solid wind for my 6.9 in the main pool. I saw Rich pull up so I headed in to show him how to get out. I left my gear at the top of the cove and swam in. We were both blasting in the main pool, me on 6.9 sail - Rich on 8.0 sail. Around 3:00 I started to get over powered on my 6.9. So we both came in to rig down. By the time we both got back in the main pool the wind wasn't quite as good as what brought us in to re-rig. I still got rides on my 5.8. - Rich on 7.0.
