I'm going to get down there around 11am and stay until around 3:30pm. Not sure where I will be sailing. I hope to get some rides in the bridge pool on my 83 Ltr. custom board, have had it for years but haven't sailed it. It's yellow with chili peppers on it. Ady, sorry to hear about your car situation, it that car back on the road so we can hit Carlyle.
Update: Looks 5.8 to 4.7. Looks good for the Bridge pool with the SSW - SW direction. Camp spots might be taken. Bridge launch is an option. The Marina is another option. If anybody else is going speak up now to better help coordinate.
Water temp on the West Side. Water temp in the Bridge pool might start with a 7.
I had a similar situation that time when we sailed out of the Road launch. I came in for a break and decided to take pictures of you and Mike , but my hands were shaking terribly. Luckily the camera's burst mode made it possible for 10 out of 30 something shots I took to be acceptable . Tri-pod would be a good idea in this case.
That makes my 3rd 4.7 day in a row. Maybe I only need one sail. Great day in the bridge pool. We had sustained wind of 30 with gusts to 40 at times. Pretty much down the pipe on direction. It would shift a little either way. Juicy swell at times for both port and starboard ramps. I got 3 sessions in. I finally got off the water around 5:30. Sepideh and Chris shot all the photos and they did a great job. Water temp at F11/12/13/14 at the launch is 70 degrees!
