It looks like a Windsurfer Rocket sail (from the window shape and the wave-shaped stripe), but that board is definitely not an Original Windsurfer.

Looks like a HiFly to me...

My light wind ride is an old BIC 250. Great for flat water and especially good for rail-riding :-)

Crap, I know I rigged the sail some time back but now I don't recall what I used because all my booms are too small. The thing is ginormous! I guess new tech is going to have to meet old school to get the windsurfing going. If anyone has some old time booms sitting around let me know.
