Place: Clinton Lake Sailing Association (CLSA) - Clinton Lake, IL

Rules: This Regatta will be governed by the rules as defined by the current edition of the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).

Eligibility: The regatta is open to any sailboarder.

Registration: Registration will be done in person at CLSA immediately prior to the event.

Measurement: All boards must be sailboards. There will be three categories, Open, 7.5
square meter and smaller sail, and kona. Categories may be combined if there are not enough
registrants.

Fees: The registration fee is $10.

Schedule: This regatta will consist of course racing of an upwind downwind nature and of an
off wind slalom format.

Sailing Instructions: Will be handed out at registration.

Accommodations: Free camping is permitted on CLSA ground, shore power is not available.
There is also a rustic on site shower.

Saturday September 28
11am - Registration opens
Noon - Competitors’ meeting
1pm - First warning signal

Sunday September 29
8:30 am - Competitors’ meeting
9:30 am - first warning signal for slalom series. No races to be started after11:30am.
12 pm - Awards.

Venue: Racing will take place on Clinton Lake using temporary marks. Launching will be at the
Clinton Lake Sailing Association

Scoring: Mowind scoring system

Awards: Decaled Mug for 1st place in each division
