What are the specs for the Kona class? I have an old Exocet Kona longboard, but don't have the one-design Kona rig for it. Can't imagine I'd be anything but last but would be cool to see a race.

I think Exocet made several boards in a Kona range (similar style birds of various sizes), but the most popular is what became the Kona One class board. Here are its specs:
350 x 70 cm length and width, 220 liters, 34 lbs.
For sails, what Mowind has usually done is allow Kona class sailors to use any sail within their weight class limit. The preference is that the sail does not have cambers, and that it uses an aluminum boom.
But, for people new to racing the main thing is to encourage people to come out and race. So, any gear will do.
Looks like I missed the MoWind Winnebago event that just happened, bummer!
I'm overdue for a windsurfing trip to Clinton Lake but unfortunately, I'll be 4,000 miles from there during that weekend. Otherwise, in a tasty 20-25kn condition, I would have tried my best to smoke the hell out of everyone out-there! Ha!
Next time!

Yes this is an officialy sanctioned clsa regatta. I dont have tshirts available, but award mugs are in the works. On site camping will be open to anyone registered for the event. The fire pit should be blazing if not, get on it. Plenty of firewood at the club
