Looks like a good day for The Road - Purgatory if the wind doesn't turn NW. WNW wind turning the NW in the afternoon in the 5.8 to 4.7 range. Water temp at The Road could be 74 + F.

Update: A lot more WNW in it points to launching at Purgatory.

I hate to leave the warm water of The Road. 2:00 - 3:00 to 5:00 looks like the window for The Road.

Clinton Lake now has its own NOAA buoy. I got to The Road right as the wind picked up around 2:00. Euro gust forecast was right again. Sail 4.7 with 108. Turning into the year of the 4.7. . Water temp at The Road was 71 F. Warmer than the air temp. Wind started WNW to NW and ended NNW around 5:00. Sunny all day - was able to wear my 3.2 again.
