First day is over. 7.5 very gusty and a bit with E in it . Far from optimal , but still lots of nice runs. Brian was the only one to join me , also happy with his 7.5. It may have been a good idea to save some energy for the next days , but after a longe pause I just couldn't have enough.
Looks like a 5.7 today 6.5 will be fine too. I have sore back muscles from pumping that 7.5 and the scale stopped at 166.4 this morning /I've been 170 lately/- good workout yesterday!
Day 2 is over. This one was a lot better-no rain and 6.5 powered to overpowered /but never out of control/. I'm glad I went straight for that sail size -5.7 may have been small at times. Great turnout in widsurfers and kiters. 5 hrs of sailing and a lot of fun , I may have a bit of a sunburn though.
My 3 days windsurfing marathon on Wolf Lake has been concluded. I missed the 6.5 action between 9 and 11 am today and had a relatively short but decent session on the lighter side wich ended with a Helly Tack practice with a bagged out 7.5 .
Back to work tomorrow
