I'm watching the forecast for a good weekend to sail lake Michigan. I need to make a trip to Evanston to pick up a large painting, and I wanna make a windsurfing trip out of it. I understand Greenwood beach is probably the best place to sail, but that it might require a permit? The links provided from 3 yrs ago no longer work (pages moved). Where's the best place to sail?
