Monday shaping up to be a great direction SSE perfectly side shore on Evanston beaches (but we have been disappointed before) but all day and sunny, even more unusual forecast than typical for this direction. The launch should be very easy with the breakwalls, wind is generally good quality.

Nice to see and chat with everyone in Evanston yesterday. Too bad the wind didn't carry over the lake. Seems like we got skunked by the cold water effect, but what a gorgeous day at the beach anyway.
