Has anyone sailed in the Playpen? Was wondering if there are any restrictions once the lifeguards go home for the summer. Also interested in Monroe Harbor. Neither one is marked on the map as a launch though.

No idea on the playpen but I do know that Columbia Yacht Club sends windsurfers (1) out along with their paddleboarders. Might be OK once the boats are hauled in October.
