Rich, all you had to do is put a load on the back foot like that when you hit a piece of chop and then lift you legs up and you would be in the air! Just saying.

Chris, do you also lift with your arms /the boom/ when you jump? I find that it helps, although no matter what I do I’ll probably never jump as high as the Flying Dutchman of Clinton /you/ :cheer: Also do you turn your head to a specific direction-like up ?

I guess I do lift alittle on the boom as well so I don't oversheet the sail but not consciously. I lift my heals to my butt and Angel a little down wind witch gives me lift. I've never really analized what I'm going, I just do it!
