These two guys run a windsurfing club out of Deerfield. I met them at Lake Andrea which is a great little lake for windsurfing.
windsportsclub.business.site/ They give lessons and also promote winter ice sailing. You can also learn how to wing surf / wing foil and use the wing in winter sports. By the way, the wind should pick up in the fall so you will need a wet suit.

Another guy I met says he windsurfs and windfoils on Fox Lake.
