Should be really good in the south half... big North winds :cheer:

Probably South Haven / St Joe for me...

Several sources are forecasting a more NW than N wind. If that's the case, South Haven will be a bit better because of the slightly better shore angle and the much better pier angle. Would be a really prime day to do a downwinder... miles of starboard tack backsides :silly:

Wow, Drew you really worked your GoPro magic! Great setup and wave riding.

South Haven in the morning.

9/19/15 South Haven buoy had WNW and less strength - South Haven pier had NNW-NW and stronger. Which one is right, Drew?

Well in the afternoon it was sort of puffy, but the waves were still big from the morning gales. The pier direction seems a little more accurate, but the direction did vary.

By 4pm it was lagging, so I loaded up and drove to St Joe (which is kinda on the way home) and the wind was good there. Waves were smaller but better formed and way better for jumping :-)
