Rain is what needs to be watched. Might get a window in the afternoon. This would be the latest start to the season ever if it happens. We had all those years where we would start windsurfing around Feb 15th.

Water temp at The West Side hit 50 F today. So maybe it will be 60 F at the bridge. Don't know if Area 31 is open - if not, The Bridge launch will work.
